The program will take place at Gold’s Gym under the very experienced eye of Eric Cronier, Head Trainer, specializing in hockey development. It is intended to enhance a players’ fitness level and most importantly to provide direction for continued conditioning, to improve game performance and motivation for a players future outlook on hockey, personal health and development.
Look upon dry land training as you do a hockey practice. We know that on ice hockey programs such as ours or the team your son/daughter plays on help to develop his/her hockey playing skills. Dry land training whether you choose to continue at a gym, with the hockey team or under parental guidance at home plays a similar role in a player’s present and future hockey development.
We feel it is our obligation to offer dry land training as part of our Pacific Elite Hockey School. Dry Land Training Integrated within a player’s hockey program and established as a normal planned activity, will definitely help enhance his/her progress and continued health.
